PTTX High-Efficiency Transformer Core Intelligent Production Site Set to Commence Operations

Since the beginning of 2024, the PTTX high-efficiency transformer core intelligent production site has been busy with equipment assembly and production line debugging...The site covers an area of 11.5 acres and is expected to produce 80,000-100,000 tonnes of transformer cores. Now, this modern and intelligent transformer cores benchmark factory, which is full of "smart" and "green" elements, is about to start production officially.

The new production site adopts innovative digital systems such as MES, WMS, and APS. These systems enable full-process automation in production, significantly enhancing production efficiency and quality. As a result, the factory sets a new benchmark in the industry.

During the construction process, we adhere to the concept of green development. Specific measures include the constructing a rooftop distributed photovoltaic system, a zero-emission water drainage system, using thermal insulation wall materials and durable and clean floor materials.

It is worth mentioning that with the support of various levels of government and partners, the project was completed and ready for production in just about 8 months. This not only demonstrates the efficiency of PTTX, but also reflects its positive development trend.
