PTTX prioritizes employee skill and career development through a tailored learning system for various career stages and roles. It also offers a specialized  training program that integrates corporate culture, guidelines, and a buddy system to ensure a smooth start for new hires.

Up to now, the company has successfully launched a digital learning platform, combined internal resources with an online learning platform —— Beisen iTalent learning system to build the PTTX internal training platform. There are more than 20 certified internal trainers, and they have developed more than 50 high-quality courses, with a cumulative total of 3,500 participants.

In 2024, the company introduced a team leader system, establishing a career development framework for blue-collar workers and enhancing the training system. Courses were developed across various dimensions, including safety management, quality management, production site management, and personnel management. The company implemented a training and practice integration approach, combining theoretical learning with practical training, which received widespread praise from frontline team leaders.

    PTTX has forged industry-university research partnerships with 10+ top-tier institutions, including Tsinghua University, USTB, NEU, and Xi'an Jiaotong University. These collaborations span the full R&D chain—from theoretical research to product application—driving both corporate innovation and industry-wide technological advancement.
