Research content covers microstructure analysis of oriented silicon steel, grain orientation control, chemical composition adjustment, production process optimization, and other aspects.

  • Green Electrical Theory and Application Research Institute

    We specialize in fundamental and applied research of key cross-cutting technologies for the transformer industry, including electrical, magnetic, thermal, mechanical, vibration, and acoustic phenomena. As an important part of the oriented silicon steel R&D center, the institute is committed to promoting the application and development of oriented silicon steel in energy saving, environmental protection, and sustainable development.

    In 2019, the company's self-developed projects, including 'Automated Flexible Non-Destructive Feeding System for Electrical Steel Core Cross-Cutting' and 'Effects of Longitudinal/Transverse Cutting on Grain-Oriented Silicon Steel Properties,' successfully passed technical appraisal and acceptance.

  • 2020

    In 2020, the company's self-developed projects,including 'Structural Design, Lamination Processes, and Electromagnetic Performance Optimization of Power Transformer Cores' and 'Impact of Magnetic Domain Refinement on Core Performance in Grain-Oriented Silicon Steel'—successfully passed technical appraisal and acceptance.

  • 2021

    Our independently developed projects - including 'High-Precision, Energy-Efficient Slitting and Cutting Technology for 0.18mm-0.30mm Cold-Rolled Grain-Oriented Silicon Steel' and 'High-Efficiency Transformer Core Research' - have successfully passed technical appraisal and certification." At the same time,we actively collaborates with leading Chinese universities including Xi'an Jiaotong University and Northeastern University on joint R&D projects.

  • 2022

    In 2022, We achieved certification for two key projects: "Impact of Core Clamping Structures on Power Transformer Loss Characteristics""Insulation Material Processing for Enhanced Electrical Steel Core Performance".Concurrently, we expanded university collaborations, partnering with Xi'an Jiaotong University on core loss measurement systems and with Shanghai University of Engineering Science on high-permeability grain-oriented steels.

    2023 R&D Portfolio includes:“Research on the Impact of Comprehensive Use of Different Grades of Silicon Steel on No-Load Losses of Dry-Type Distribution Transformer Cores", "Research on Low Iron Loss Conventional Grain-Oriented Silicon Steel",  "Research on Characteristics and Processes of Transformer Insulation Systems . Industry-university-research cooperation agreements have been signed with Tsinghua University, Fudan University, North China Electric Power University, and Soochow University.

    In 2024, the company's independently developed projects, including "Research on Digital Twin Modeling Technology for Dynamic Hysteresis of Silicon Steel under Complex Working Conditions", "High-precision Testing Equipment Including Sound Level Meters, Vibration Testing Systems, Dual-channel Laser Vibrometers, and Acoustic Cameras", and "Research on Novel High-efficiency Angled Large-capacity Distribution Transformer Open Cores", are currently under development.
