A new chapter begins in Türkiye.
The first skills training program for local employees at PTTX’s Türkiye plant has been successfully completed,marking an important milestone in our global expansion and localized operations.
During the training, experienced Turkish employees stepped up as internal trainers, sharing hands-on expertise and practical know-how, while PTTX’s technical team provided on-site support to ensure alignment with our process, quality and operational standards.
Through close collaboration between the Chinese and Turkish teams, a strong foundation has been built for the successful launch and stable operation of the Türkiye facility.
Looking ahead, PTTX will continue investing in global talent development, building an international team defined by technical excellence, inclusiveness and collaboration.
