On June 16, PTTX participated in the 12th International Conference on Magnetism and Metallurgy (WMM 2026), held in Beijing, China. As one of the leading international events in the fields of magnetic materials, electrical steel, and advanced metallurgy, the conference brought together experts, researchers, and industry leaders from around the world to exchange insights on technological innovation and future industry development.

At the event, PTTX showcased its latest technologies and solutions in the exhibition area and was invited to deliver a technical presentation on digital twin technologies for transformer cores.

As part of the conference program, Junjie Zhang, President of the PTTX Institute for Green Electrical Engineering and a Professor-Level Senior Engineer, presented “Key Digital Twin Technologies for Transformer Cores.”

To meet the increasingly demanding requirements of the global power equipment industry, PTTX has established a comprehensive digital R&D platform covering material selection, core design, manufacturing processes, and performance verification.

By integrating reduced-order modeling, surrogate models, and advanced simulation technologies with decades of expertise in electrical steel applications, PTTX is able to accurately replicate real operating conditions and predict transformer core performance before production. This approach enables a digital closed-loop workflow from design and analysis to optimization, improving both development efficiency and product reliability.

As global demand for high-performance transformer cores continues to grow, PTTX is steadily advancing its international strategy. The company's Türkiye production base is now operational, with a planned annual capacity of 30,000 tons of electrical steel processing and 50,000 tons of transformer core manufacturing.
